Wake up dude! People give low moral ratings to ALL politicians! If they are asked about specific Republican politicians, then we can clearly see what they think of politicians in general... I won't at all be surprised if Hyde, Lott et. al. get even lower moral ratings than Clinton!

The people are able to separate their personal assessment of Bill Clinton from their assessment of him as a leader and as an effective President. They give him high marks because they think he is a good President and also because they think that even though he did wrong, he is more sinned against than sinning.
