With a close at 2 3/16 up 3/16 and volume of 132,300 nearly double the average volume and we are now into the new year. Tax loss selling should have finished 12/31/98. Wonder what is going on here with WTT. We have been sitting in this range for nearly 10 months. Maybe they are ready to get off the side lines and become an active player again. Sure will be happy to see 11 again. Dan
