I went to the Imagio site and, aside from their little spelling problem, I think that they know how to develop a decent web site. Ampex needs a better site that doesn't look like something from the 70's.... Now if they are getting ready to become some kind of 'host' site they need much more than just a few updated looking web pages. To create a new web entity takes a fair amount of time, so I'm not surprised that they haven't had much to say of late. Why communicate in oldspeak when the new transformed, incredibly rich, layered Ampex is about to be born? But this takes time to design and implement. Also, on the last page of the Imagio 'works' page is a listing of other jobs they have done. Does anyone think they might be helping also to design some kind of keypad, box, thingee? They seem to have the experteaze. Sorry for the poor spelling (intended and otherwise), and thanks for all the great info! Don't throw out the bath water before the baby is born! CMM
