I think that it may be amended several times before its over, actually. I think that thus far management has been very fair to shareholders, and have no reason to believe that they will be otherwise in the future. I do note however that if the exercise price is too low everone will exercise, ownership percentages will be unchanged, and the amount of cash that the Germans have to put in will be the minimum amount. If the price is too high, no one will exercise, obligating the Germans to put up more cash, but giving them more ownership. Which course that you think they might take depends on what you think their objectives are - putting up less cash, or getting more ownership.
