I think people get hooked on the features and I hate to say it, are just too lazy to look elsewhere...kind of the "if it aint broke...don't fix it" mentality. Is AOL 21 dollars a month? I thought it was 9.95

Anyways, I left AOL because at that time they charged by the hour and I like to stay connected all day.

It's nice you have free service, but many people(including me!!) don't.

I'm looking at it from the average Joe's perspective, the guy who gets online, and so does his family, and the only stocks he has is in his 401K... they want it simple and easy. Enter AOL and the IMac.
