Larry, the LLP still exists and is still struggling to get enough money together to operate. At the present distressed diesel rack rates (they change a lot, but under $0.40), the 400 gph machine (current configuration) doesn't make any money, so there's no immediate rush. When rack rates were $0.60 earlier, it would have made lots of money. The long term intent is to upgrade to a 1000 gph machine, but that takes lots more money. At present, if I recall correctly, GRNO owns 53% of the partnership and the limited partners 47%. Hope this answers your questions. =+=+=Norm
