Daiju, You comparison is entirely out of line. While one doesn't have a reasonable prospect of winning the big prices with a $1 lottery ticket, stocks such as MSFT, CSCO, INTC would offer a better than 50% chance of gaining with a reasonable time horizon (say, a year or even less?)
