Tony - I am astounded by your level research. Truly awe inspiring. I like what I am hearing from this company....this has trade potential, short potential, intermediate potential (although I wouldn't risk it), etc. This sounds like a case of a company that I am very familiar with, they were accused of the same thing. They, technically, lost the case and were forced to pay royalties on all their sales for a 2 year (i think that was the time period) period of time...the royalty was like 15%. Talk about a slap on the wrist!!!!! TJ
