This one may set a record for people getting totally screwed. Some matters worth considering in addition to the fact that no one who purchased today will get the dividend shares. In their press release, the company claims that anyone who has held their original shares for at least a year will be able to get free trading shares pursuant to 144. This means a lot of the long term players (read insiders) will be have 4 times the sellable shares as of tomorrow. You don't think they will be selling... you better bet your ass they will. This is after all a non reporting bulletin board company with unknown fundamentals, no audits etc etc etc. This is an excellent short and that is the position I will be looking to take tomorrow.
