For some strange reason, we three sisters had to sleep wearing panties. I used to pull my panties off after I was allegedly asleep. Since that day, I can't sleep wearing a single stitch of clothing. If it is freezing cold outside, I can fall asleep wearing wool socks, but I always wake up around 3-4 a.m., and have to pull my socks off. I am pretty weird. I have the following requirements:
1. Windows covered with a light-tight shade, preferably with dark curtains.
2. Fan on, even during winter. Blowing away when it is cold.
3. 100% cotton sheets, above and below. Flannel is ok, but muslin is preferable.
4. Three pillows, one under my neck, one over my eyes, and one to rest my arms on.
5. I have to wash my face and feet before I go to bed.
I regret these abnormalities. At times I contemplate such salutory activities as, say, hiking the Appalachian Trail, but I just don't see how I can do it within the above requirements, and I just don't see how I can deviate. |
