Call the company. Fringe Elements Inc. IPO on April 1st. 1999. Their number is 1888 suk dark. Their CEO is Mr. Ace "Dark" Hawl. An expert of sorts. He has PHD's in Nuclear Astrology, and of course, economics. (he assisted in the creation of the EURO.) Presumably he says he does not pull numbers out of dark holes.
