Paul, the CeleronA/300 Retail Box with fan just hit $69 at pricewatch.com. Take away the value of the heatsink/fan and this chip is cheaper than a CYRX MII! Has Intel declared a price war on the Winchip or does this mean that they have WAY too many unsold units in inventory? Craig
