Good post Kevin perhapes you can answer these questions
They are important if people are newbies looking at this thread not a Bash.

Questions:

why are class E shares able to be transfered into common stock why do they not stay as
there own identity?

after that why are consultants being issued warrants and shares of class E stock ?

Is it to hide dilution I do not like it myself these shares can become common stock at
anytime theres (100 million shares that can be authorized of class E stock)

Do they have the capicity today to make 40 million in annual sales in timber a year or do
they have to buy more machinery and equipment yet.?

How much bigger of a work force they will need to meet these goals?

How much bigger will pesion plan become as work force grows?

What is WOOD paying for this new Website to become operational? What kind of
revenues do they expect?

How are we getting the products and producing them ?

Is everything in place once site is up and running ?

This company needs time to grow IMHO long termers will be rewarded I say 1 1/2
years down the road. short termers may not get the pop they want IMHO

GROWTH TAKES TIME, PATIENCE AND MONEY

I have to go back and find a post on here but somebody said they need more Finacing
to grow yet.

This post is not a BASH just questions .
