Mao, I think the y2k sped up the spending on sap, psft..last several quarters since most would like to upgrade to ERP? SAP slowed down just like psft since the systems are too expensive and only big firms can afford. PSFT try to reach down to smaller firms. PSFT also hired a lot during last 2 yrs. Just an opinion...
