BB&T corp changes its ticker from BBK to BBT.
Pennzoil (PZL) changes name and ticker to
Pennzenergy (PZE).
Results to date: Portfolio up 8.1% vs. S&P500 up 19.1%
When stocks first qualify (RS moves up into X's and stock breaks
through the Bearish resistance line) they usually have a good move
up. However, the stock goes to the bottom of a waiting list
with many qualified stocks ahead of it. By the time the stock
gets to the top of the list and gets into the portfolio, it has already had its big move. Change in strategy - last stocks that
go on the standby list become the first stocks to move into the
portfolio.
