Thank you for your "review" of my analysis.

I think that your count of the number of NASDAQ stocks that are under the minimum is too high. I just did a sweep of NASDAQ stocks in my T/A system and found only 1,127 that were below $2.00, and this number includes many stocks that are not under the gun...

I think that the important point is that there are a few "silver linings" to be found. As I stated in the Analysis itself, "Most reverse splits are not very successful." But if the company has positive financials, then there is a strong chance of a price turnaround resulting from a reverse split.

If anyone is aware of any NASDAQ company with positive financials, which did a reverse split and continued to see price declines, I'd really appreciate it if they would e-mail me the symbol so that I can investigate what caused this to happen.
