One addition to Sid's excellent post is to try to allay some of the anxiety about the recent rise, which has occurred without any news announcements. I would remind folks that HELO announced a stock buyback, which may be part of the buying going on, and would raise the price not only directly, if significant buying is occurring, but also makes the float smaller, so that any moves the stock makes will be more exaggerated.
