Am I asking too much??? I went to sign up for Portico genmagic.com. This is what I found out -

a) only ONE of the resellers listed has an 800 number. What a turn off. One of the great benefits to Portico is that the customer has an 800 number. Why don't the resellers??

b) Some of the reseller's pages aren't even updated. They are offering specials that expired in October. This, to me, looks like a lazy company.

I think GMGC should have spent a little more effort on this launch and focused on the details. This first impression was not what I expected.

In your next letter to Markman, would you be so kind as to address these issues. I've also filled out forms at each of the resellers to see what type of literature I get, how fast, what the service is like etc. I will post my findings.
