Am I right about the rest as well??.. (ie: S-8 warrants being priced at .01/share to Forte' Communications and others?)

I sent you a PM asking about how the financing was handled, debentures or preferred stock, and whether or not there were any minimum conversion prices.

I can't speak for other shareholders, but in my opinion, Forte' did not serve MUCP well. In my opinion, and experience, Charlie Mclaughlin had a penchant for setting up Reg S deals. And I would also opine that were his trading records to be checked from all of his accounts, there may exist signs of interesting activities.

Just my opinion, but knowing that Forte' is involved really creates immediate caution in my mind.

But I understand that you only know what you are told and that's your job. Just be careful for your own reputation. Some of the previous players involved in MUCP really did a number on the company and its credibility. I would hate to see others taken unaware by a group of what I OPINE are a bunch of stock "sharks" looking for the next killing.

Please note my use of Opine and Opinion. I am not libeling or slandering anyone by expressing my opinion. It is obvious that I have a grudge against them for the lies and manipulations that I opine Forte' perpetrated.

I would appreciate it if you could answer those questions that I asked about TROY's financing arrangements and whether or not it is floorless preferred obtained through a Channel Island entity.
