If we do break 10. Then as in the last 3 or so times we will see 11 as the trader alarms and bells go off. At 11 sell, it will go back to 10. Buy on the way down. Wave 2 starts the next hour and goes back above 11.

I've watched (and traded a little too) this repeat many times as PAIR has passed 10 in the last few months. For some strange reason 10 seems to be the buy signal on the way up.
