I don't know what that means all I can tell you is that my fund and other fund managers are takeing a very serious look at acrt and that the next quarters earnings are in the bag and I expect acrt to beat est. I maintain my 20/share price target at 16/share they are fully valued but only the idiots sold on thursday this company is a strong buy and hold at this moment.!!
