Dawg; She is a closed end fund, and I haven't heard any one mention
it, but they could take her to an open end fund. I very seriously
doubt that they would do that but heck who knows ?
If she goes open end then she starts trading at Nav overnight.
Yesterday sure caught me by surprise. She was about the 5th biggest
gainer on the NYSE & that will likely get the attention of a few day traders.
