IMHO, those two transactions were manipulations. We can call them anything we want; but again Freerealtime called them +/-. Maybe they are wrong and thus I would be. All they did was change the ask from $.36 higher than the bid to $.47 higher. When that did not work they dropped the bid ask to a more relative number based on the number of buys and stock strength without news. Again IMHO.
