 Aeroflex Incorporated (NYSE Symbol:ARX), a manufacturer of
 advanced electronic systems and microelectronic components, announced
 that its Microelectronics Division, consisting of Aeroflex Circuit
 Technology and MIC Technology, received orders valued at approximately
 $4.7 million from Lucent Technologies and Raytheon for microelectronic
 products used to support fiber optic interfaces for internet
 communications, and data communications for the latest generation
 Thermal Weapons Sight. Deliveries are expected to take place over a 12
 month period.
