Hi kidl,
Its absolutely uncanny how when packrat speaks, winspear goes up. I have never seen such good correlation. Assuming packrat puts his money where his mouth is, understanding how he has any capital to put in the market is beyond me. Perhaps he receives a monthly stipend from a trust? The important point is that as long as he has money, he continues to transfer his wealth to us Winspearians on his own free will. For packrat, this past holiday season really was the season of giving.
