I have looked at the company financials and visited their web site. I found no references to order backlogs. Current fiscal year shows breakeven. I don't know of forecasts for the following year. Even though there may be options outstanding, it does not mean anything in terms of current market price nor for any potential takeover value.

Again, I ask: what supports the current market cap of over $78mm CDN and what would point to an even higher market cap. As you know there are 29.6mm shares outstanding, with 32.8mm shares fully diluted. I saw today's press release about a contract with Unican. The MediSolution business appears to be a low margin one, so it would take quite a large increase in volume just to support the current share price.

What is it that I am missing here? Thanks again.
