Yes Janice is being honest, Vanderkellen did call here, no we haven't been shut down by the SEC, ever. No we never solicited Stock from AZNT shareholders. If there were affadavits, AZNT would have presented them yesterday and they didn't. I'd love to see just one in those stacks of affadavits, could you post one, since you've obviously seen stacks or have heard of them. I don't believe I went on to say there was a judgement made in favor of WellRich, what I did say was that an order to compel arbitration had been granted in a Federal District Court. Now my friend, let's make that call, shall we? JJ
