Re: matching colours....I got sucked into that when my spouse wanted the Sony Vaio because it was purple. I went back a few days later and got the monitor wth the built in speaker/base system because it matched the colour scheme and looked way cool. Fortunately it also functions very well:) I was almost jealous,having "only" a beige mac. Glen
