Did anyone else out the get legal papers regarding the settlement of the class action suit?

I didn't, but my father-in-law did (yesterday). He never contacted anyone, and no one ever contacted him, but he got both a "Notice of Settlement" and instruction sheet for filing a claim.

Although it is kind of hard to decipher, it appears that the final settlement is anticipated to be approximately .55 cents per share for the shares affected.

Would I be considered a traitor if I ended up taking money from this settlement while I am still an ANCR shareholder (unfortunately never sold a share during 1996-1998 averaging down/accumulation of shares)? <g>
