Don,

The delay in drilling may be bad but if it was motivated by a desire/need to pick up additional property, it could be a real positive in the long run. Once/if they have something real in hand, you won't be able to touch the neighboring property, me thinks. I regret not buying more when it dropped below 1.40; though I hope to have another chance in February.
