Integrated zinc miners/smelters are the best bet. The market does not realize the value of Cominco's Red Dog since the expansion yet so I find this to be the safest bet. The other big ones have some problems- Noranda is running low on ore, Pasminco had a bad share issue awhile back. Boliden relies on copper too much etc.
