A two-day market rally, and Cypress flounders in the mud. While TJR's screw-up in the Philippines might be resolved, what about customers who switched to other suppliers? What about employee morale? What about investor confidence in Cypress's ability (or inability) to perform? What about TJR's ability to lead and manage(remember, this is the second major TJR screw-up). From personal experience, TJR has no patience with shareholders who criticize him and his performance.
