10:16 ET Semiconductor Equipment Stocks: BT Alex Brown raises investment rating on the group and increases estimates. Firm specifically upgrades AMAT, KLAC, NVLS, VECO from "market perform" to "strong buy" and LRCX, ATMI, ZIGO from "market perform" to "buy." Amazing to see these guys coming in at this point to make upgrades. Where were they at $20? Or $15? Oh well, they give strength now and I'm pleased. I wonder if it's a good deal to go for an end of day ralley in ESIO like yesterday? Regards, Mark
