I think that the value investor is looking at the potential of the stock. I was buying up to .25 and from there on I'm riding it.
Look at the way the company has moved into a generic wholesaler position with some manufacturing capabilities. With the reverse split behind us and the new outlook for DYGN, low float.
It works for me. Just my opinion, Do your own DD.
