All, there are two new Edgar filings posted on Yahoo, for those who like to wade through that stuff ... In the one posted by Taz, of interest to me: (Others will find their own good or smelly bits .).. On page 6 ESVS - Net sales for 1st 8 mos of 1998. = 2.7 M o.k. ESVS - Cost of sales = 1.1M o.k. ESVS - Operating Expenses 3.3M Huh? About 3X Cost of Sales Same for Zulu Zulu - Net sales for 1st 8 mos. = 1.7M o.k. Zulu - Cost of Sales = 0.5M o.k. Zulu - Operating Expenses = 4.8M Huh? Almost 10X Cost of Sales! Way to milk 'em Pat! These companies have significant other businesses besides the sale of their stuff? I think not. Their combined cost of sales was 1.6M Their combined operating expenses were 8.1M I presume that this is management salaries and leasehold expenses attributable to management. Don't cry for them Argentina! One other point of interest to me. They are valuing goodwill of the combined entity at about 17 Million of total assets of 20 Million. I had no idea that Party's support had such a high value!! Way to go Party!
