has purchased the assets of Gamesmania, from Internet Frontier
Inc. (iFront), a wholly owned subsidiary of Microforum Inc.
(TSE-MCF). For competitive reasons, the material terms of this
transaction are not being publicly disclosed.

Gamesmania is an award-winning Internet e-zine (electronic
magazine), and one of the most popular video game sites on the
Internet. Established in 1996, Gamesmania has millions of visitors
a month and offers content provided by recognized leaders of the
industry. The acquisition of Gamesmania is part of CryptoLogic's
strategy of adding to growth through acquisition and increasing
its presence in the entertainment/media segment of the Internet.

CryptoLogic Inc. is an Internet software development company with
leading proprietary technologies that enable secure, high-speed
financial transactions over the Internet, and provide state of the
art e-commerce and online gaming applications to Internet casino
operators.
