What kind of bass do you catch Ish? They have 2 kinds of bass at the store. One is seabass from South America (my favorite) and this other one that I think is domestic. I havent tried it yet, but I got some good seafood cookbooks for Xmas. I usually buy the steelhead trout which is really good - which is better do you think, steelhead trout or bass?
