Today, NextWave Personal Communications Inc. (PCI) is the winning bidder in 56 markets covering 93.79 million potential subscribers at the close of the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) PCS auction for entrepreneurs. NextWave's CDMA-based PCS network will certainly benefit Qualcomm, and I think this should be the next big news.
