Helene, Regarding ARET/TCC ability to get both materials and workers going, see this earlier reply to one of your posts: Message 6970275 Financing within a construction is not a problem, mutual guarantees in the construction deals will take care of that. Basic financing comes from outside - When ARET selling houses in Native deals it's FAMC's loan providers - When dealing with eg FXWA/OIAS/NOUA it's other third party providing the construction loans. kr Jens
