citadel (citn) 60 million shares authorized 32,040,426 shares issued 4,164,813 shares held in treasury ------------ 27,875,813 shares insiders own 48% 3 other people own 25% ---------------------- That leaves 7,526,470 shares in the float. Thats not a lot for a BB company--or any company really The real float-shares that are really out there being traded is considerably less--I would say less than 2 million.
