well vlnc certainly is rowing with both arms again!

i think we'll see a 'head and shoulders with one arm
pointing up at the moon' soon. This is a very bullish
formation which appears only rarely, usually in R&D
companies which had been mistakenly assumed to be in
grave financial trouble just prior to major commercial
success.
