I have also read that AMZN does not have high institutional ownership. I don't know what criteria the report was using (total stock or just the float).

That can be viewed one of two ways.

1. They will buy and drive the stock price to Mars.

2. The stock is in weak hands and when the next correction or bad news comes the stock will collapse.

AMZN is a crap shoot either long or short.
