Welcome to SI and the AMZN thread, Cap_Loss_Cfwd, I love that name. -g-

There are some that were/are here that have cap losses to outlast their expected lifetimes, plus a few years. -ng- I certainly hope you have called a top by closing in classic "WrongWay" fashion 'cause I just picked up some poots at the day's top, as it turns out. Unfortunately, they will likely be worthless tomorrow.

To your DAQ de-listing question, there are a bunch of exceptions to the modified net asset value test of $4 mill; I think that is the current number. I don't remember all the in's and out's, but not to worry, AMZN is in no danger, otherwise the DAQ would look like cheap crooks. -g- Call the DAQ if you really want to find out how one escapes the shun to the OTC or BB.

And you are right on about the weird cash flow nature of the biz. It will probably be touted for another 30% run, ala DELL, when the sell side anals run out of good things to say, even though those obvious positive items have been there all along and previously discussed ad nauseam.

Regards, Ice
