Hi All, I've just got off the phone to Starpoint and they tell me they are all ready for the court case Monday . This is a Summary judgement hearing (18A) brought against them by Global , for the C$300K that Global reckons is due to them ,the company intends to vigorously defend this action so next week should be of interest to us all , I have been waiting for this for some time now and look forward to a successful outcome, the company also tell me that they are anxious to return to the DRC and get things underway on the property their latest information is that things will be settled in the not too distant future, so heres to the future let's hope it will be a bright one Regards John
