Hubert, it looks like your getting allot of great information. I don't know if this will help but, about 5 months ago I read a fascinating lengthy article in Readers Digest Magazine. One of thier editors had prostate cancer. He eventually saw the best person in the country, I believe somewhere in N.Y.City. It was all about what he went through in the 9 months leading up to surgery. A very heartwrenching story. Till I read the story I had never heard of it. It may emotionally help you prepare for whatever you have to go through. My general impression was it matters a great deal who your doctor is. I'll look around work on monday and see if I can find it. My best wishes for a speedy and easy recovery. Regards, Michael
