For what it's worth, IMO enterprise software companies like PSFT and SAP are likely to have a down year due to Y2K. These products offer solutions to Y2K problems. However they require migration from existing business systems which usually takes from 6 months to a year to implement. Therefore, most of the companies that have planned to solve the problems by this migration will have started it already. And if they are not purchasing to solve a Y2K problem, why add a significant product migration on top of Y2K issues?
