Joey, RE: CSGI NASDAQ listing As far as I understand CSGI is doing a private placement for the NASDAQ listing in Feb./Mar. It seems that the money is being raised internally and there will NOT be any private placement shares available to the public. (I know because I was trying to get some) The effects would very significant. 1. there will be more MM's trading the issue 2. brokerage firms will be pushing the stock to clients 3. the spread will be much tighter 4. give the stock and Co. more legitimacy 5. will be able to margin 6. options may also become available 7. stop losses can be placed automatically 8. Co. would have to disclose financial Info. on regular basis
