I just read the Eutro site on Yahoo started by Andre, and tonight read the following post:

Here's what I found:
1. Freedom Medical Holding Group is owned or operated by Floyd Wilkenson, the CEO of Eutro Holding Group.
2. Freedom Medical was dissolved by the State of Florida in October, 1998 for failure to file its annual report.
3. Floyd Wilkenson applied for, and received, reinstatement in November, 1998. The required annual report is still not on the Florida Division of Corporations database.
4. There is no listing in the Florida Division of Corporations database for Liberty Diagnostics, the firm that was supposedly doing a thriving business in two Florida counties, according to Freedom Medical Holding Group's web page. Incidently, this database even lists tiny, little mom & pop grocery stores.
Use your own judgement regarding this message, and please look it up for yourselves in the Florida Division of Corporations database.

This even shocked me. My question to you, Jim, is that with all of the research you and Alan Markoff did on this stock, and with all of the phone calls you made to Brad, Floyd, Freedom, etc., how long have you known that Freedom was Floyd's company?
I will go ahead and take my chances that the company may sue me:
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
The only questions left are what did you know, and when did you know it? And why, after being such an avid supporter of this company, did Alan Markoff suddenly disappear from this thread?
