A: no, there was no arbitration hearing yesterday that the aznt lawyers qualey & landish were aware of. the company says they were not present & were never served. where is the reciept of service? can jihad provide that to her associate janice shell?

A: they seek to extend injunction & restraining order to dtc to get stock returned & freeze lifted. i believe it is no longer necessary.

A: there was no arbitration hearing, that was a claim of wellrich's promoted by janice shell & jeffrey mitchell. this is why wellrich seek to force an arbitration now. they have no legal foot to stand on. notice janice will not tell us what wellrich hopes to get from this arbitration.

Jihad) the requirement of yesterday's arbitration hearing?
janices claims it was not federal court which negates jihads claim it was in federal court. there was no arbitration hearing yesterday. what was the result of this supposed arbitration anyways & what exactly does wellrich want?
