OPEN LETTER TO BILL FRANCE!!!!
PERTINENT MATERIAL AS WELL AS VERY "OFF TOPIC"!!!!!!
Dear Bill,
I hope I do this in a gentlemanly way but I will state upfront that I am very upset and disillusioned by your statements today. We have talked on many occasions and you told me you were beyond ever doing this again. There is not one person that reads this thread that does not know who you refer to in regards to long-termers saying this or that. I have always taken the time just to check with you on the status of problems you were having with your new home, how your wife is, etc.. Name me one other person that you correspond with on these public boards that has taken the time with you. Many have told me in the past that I am foolish to even respond to you. It seems they have been proven correct. But that's me!! I am a people person and I am a caring person. To be quite frank with you---I really felt sorry for you and wanted you to do well in the worst way. You have said, as previously mentioned by other posters, ---"just give me $3.00 and you'll never ever have to listen to me again". You also said the same thing concerning $4.00. You have had a multitude of opportunities to do just what you stated you would do and never followed through. You have known me for a very long time Bill starting back on the old Prodigy boards. I first recommended this stock to you at .30 cents. I tried to help you to the best of my ability in regards to my "due diligence". I have continued to help you to the best of my ability. Your statements reek of distrust. Do you really believe I ever told you something that I did not feel to be true? I don't think so!!!! That is what is so very hard for me and many others to swallow.
You also know very well that I have personally been going through a series of very traumatic family problems. You, in fact, wrote me an E-Mail the other night claiming that you had been "off-line" for over a month and wanted me to update you on everything that has happened in the last 30 days. I do apologize for not filling you in but I have been with nursing homes, lawyers, insurance man, social workers, Medicade personnel, etc. for the last several days. Had to even deal with funeral homes here and in Florida in regards to putting together an Irrevocable Burial Trust. Problem is Bill,---I have been sending you nightly updates during that entire month which you could have read at any time when you went back on line BUT you (once again) wanted me to synopsize everything for you.
I have spoken to you in the past of the possible effect that you could have on new investors because of the things you have said in the past. You did (albeit reluctantly) finally agree that I was correct at that point in time and made it a point to tell me that it would not happen again.
Bill, I am NOT trying to say that you don't have a right to speak your mind BUT when you self-admit that you do NO "due diligence" whatsoever and then come on and openly criticize those that have tried----THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG!!!!
I am going to sidetrack for a moment. I received a priority mail package today with the following letter. It is from one of my long-time friends from my E-Mail group. She is a female from California and I will respect her privacy. BILL, this is what trust and friendship is all about. I'm not saying she will be right BUT I will tell you this!!! She knows that the long-termers that have been around for all these many years do not have an agenda--they are trying to have friends help friends. I will not attempt any grammatical corrections.

finally I got back home from the hospital where I spent the last six weeks due to a very high fever that my body was not able to shake.
I promised to send some info for Jennifer's Mom that will be useful for going through her present treatments. I think of her and your Dad often and include them in my daily prayers as well.
Brad, I have been reading the updates you and Joe Medsker do daily and I'm happy that my investment is in good hands.
I am very lucky to have found somebody with so much integrity like you, Brad and also Joe Medsker.
The info that I am sending you consists of a book called: Cancer Warrior which offers a quite different perspective. This book helped a girl friend of mine survive breast cancer. The tape on the other hand offers a very different story of a man that had a very bad car accident and what he went through to keep his limbs and recover.
I personally take the "super food' that he created daily and believe it accounts for me being so sane acccepting my own problems.
Recently in Europe actually in Switzerland I spent some time in a clinic that taught me courses in self healing. While there, using the formulas that were taught, my pain had all but vanished. I can now control the pain in my feet to the level of two advils per day and that is an accomplishment in itself.
Well, while in Europe I found out there is a surgical procedure that is now being done to replace the failing valves in my legs. The doctor resides in New York and I am seriously considering having it done.
So you see there is hope for me too.
Brad, one thing I learned about was how not to get upset about people's speeches (like you do at times) is to visualize a pyramid above my head and enclosing me within. All talk bounces off the pyramid and doesn't penetrate you. My girl friend in Germany used this procedure very successfully every time she visited her mother in the retirement home. She actually cleansed herself every time she left the home before even getting into her car by making a makeshift pyramid over her head and brushing all negative energy away.
I hope you spend a lovely time with your family in this holiday season and I wish you all the best in 1999.

What does that letter have to do with anything??? Simply this Bill, I have tried my very best to be her friend over the years. Do I believe in that stuff? It really doesn't matter Bill. I will be there for her just like I have always been there for others such as yourself. How much do I believe and put my good name out for the company? Tell you what Bill--get your certs, call you lawyer--put them in my name and I will write you a check for your precious $3/share. You really hurt me with your statements today and you hurt several others as well. Now that's what I call putting my beliefs on the line. BTW, you must respond before opening tomorrow.
